As we expand across Europe, we\u2019re looking for a strategic and proactive Partnership Manager to help us build and grow impactful external collaborations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your role<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

As our Partnership Manager, you\u2019ll be at the forefront of developing and managing key strategic partnerships.<\/strong> You\u2019ll identify new opportunities, nurture relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver joint success. You won’t just manage partnerships, you’ll bring them to life and turn them into engines of growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Spot new strategic partnership<\/strong> opportunities and jump on them when they fit our long-term goals.
    <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Build partnerships from the ground up: from the first pitch to full implementation.
    <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Strengthen relationships<\/strong> with existing partners and help them grow alongside us.
    <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Work side by side <\/strong>with teams across Sales, Product, Customer Success, Legal, and Marketing to keep everyone moving in the same direction.
    <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Negotiate smart, future-focused deals<\/strong> that push our strategy forward.
    <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Track performance using clear metrics<\/strong>, and improve what\u2019s not working \u2014 fast.
    <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Stay close to our partners<\/strong>, understand their needs, and make sure their voice is heard inside the company.
    <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Think commercially and act strategically, making sure our partnerships support the bigger picture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Willingness to travel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    What we are looking for?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • You bring experience<\/strong> in business development, strategic partnerships or key account management.
      <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • You hold a Master\u2019s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics (or equal by experience) and know how to translate theory into impact.
      <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Building and nurturing strong relationships<\/strong> with external stakeholders comes naturally to you.
      <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • You think commercially, communicate clearly and know how to close a deal<\/strong>.
      <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Numbers don\u2019t scare you: you\u2019re analytical, goal-oriented<\/strong> and always looking for ways to improve.
      <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Bonus points if you\u2019re familiar with the financial ecosystem<\/strong>: think CFOs, consultants or advisors.
      <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • You speak Dutch at a native level and switch effortlessly to English when needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
